Welcome to MUSUBI BOUTIQUE HAIR SALON App (“App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you understand and agree to these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.
2. Services Description
The App provides users with information about our hair salon services, appointment scheduling, account management, loyalty program, and other related features. We may update, modify, or enhance the App’s functionality at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
To fully utilize our App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
4. User Conduct
When using our App, you agree not to:

- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by MUSUBI BOUTIQUE HAIR SALON or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our App without prior written permission.
6. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
If you use our App to schedule appointments:
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly cancels or fails to show up for appointments
7. After-hours Service Fee
If your appointment time extends beyond our regular business hours, an after-hours service fee will apply. The fee is a fixed charge of SGD 50 per hour, calculated based on staff overtime and transportation costs.
8. Loyalty Program and Vouchers
If our App includes a loyalty program or voucher system:
- Points and vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- We reserve the right to modify the terms of the loyalty program at any time
- Points and vouchers may expire as specified in the App
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity

10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MUSUBI BOUTIQUE HAIR SALON. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUSUBI BOUTIQUE HAIR SALON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MUSUBI BOUTIQUE HAIR SALON and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on the App and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after the changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
